2020-21 Chievo Verona Home Jersey

2020-21 CHIEVO VERONA HOME KIT

THE HOOK: The final season of a club that punched above its weight for two decades, before it all came apart.

THE STORY: Chievo Verona were one of Italian football's great underdog stories, a tiny club from a Veronese suburb that spent years in Serie A against clubs many times their size. The 2020-21 season would prove to be their last in professional football for some time; financial irregularities led to the club's exclusion from Serie B the following year and its eventual liquidation, ending a remarkable run that began with Chievo's fairytale promotion to Serie A in 2001. This home shirt is from that final chapter, a piece of a story that genuinely felt impossible while it was happening.

DETAILS: Condition: Good, very light wear. Features: Short sleeve · Home colorway · Macron template · Club crest

OUR TAKE: Kits from clubs that no longer exist in their original form carry a different kind of weight; they're not just memorabilia; they're artifacts of something that's actually gone. Chievo's story was one of Italian football's most charming for two decades, and this shirt is from the very end of it.

VERIFICATION: Every kit at LaCanchaXchange is personally inspected before listing. This jersey carries all original markings consistent with official Macron 2020-21 production.
