Return & Shipping Policy

Every jersey sold by LaCanchaXchange has its own history. Many of our pieces are pre-owned, vintage, collectible, or available in only one size and quantity. Because most items cannot simply be replaced, all purchases are considered final except in the circumstances described below.
Our goal is to make sure you know what you're buying before you order. We photograph, inspect, and describe each jersey as accurately as possible and encourage you to review the full listing before purchasing.
Please Review Before Purchasing
Before placing your order, please review:
- All product photos
- The listed size and available measurements
- Condition and condition notes
- Any disclosed wear, markings, repairs, or imperfections
- The complete product description and verification information
- The final price, shipping costs, and any applicable duties or taxes
Jersey sizing can vary significantly by brand, country, manufacturer, style, and production year. The size printed on a jersey's original label may not correspond with modern sizing.
When measurements are provided, we strongly recommend comparing them with a jersey you already own and like the fit of. If you have questions about sizing or condition, please contact us before purchasing.
We do not generally accept returns or exchanges because of fit, incorrect size selection, change of mind, personal preference, or signs of wear that were photographed or disclosed in the listing.
When We'll Make It Right
Please contact us if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is materially different from its listing.
- A significant flaw was not photographed or disclosed.
- The item arrived materially damaged during shipping.
- Your order is missing an item.

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the issue
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label if the shipment arrived damaged
Please keep the jersey and all original packaging while we review your request.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a return or refund. We will review the original product listing, order information, photographs, and circumstances of the request before determining the appropriate resolution.
We may request additional information or photographs when reasonably necessary to complete our review.
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request and respond with next steps
Approved Resolutions
Depending on the circumstances, an approved resolution may include:
- A replacement, when available
- A full or partial refund
- Store credit
- An authorized return for a refund
Because many of our jerseys are unique or available in a single quantity, an exact replacement may not be possible.
If we determine that the wrong item was sent, the item was materially misrepresented, or it arrived materially damaged due to shipping, LaCanchaXchange will provide instructions for the approved resolution and, when appropriate, cover authorized return shipping.
Please do not send an item back without contacting us and receiving return authorization first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or eligible for a refund.
Return Conditions
If a return is authorized, the jersey must:
- Be in the same condition in which it was received
- Be unworn after delivery, except for a brief fit check
- Be unwashed and unaltered
- Include any original packaging and materials received with the order
- Have any LaCanchaXchange identification tag or security seal still attached, if one was included
- Be shipped according to the return instructions provided
- Be shipped within 7 calendar days after return authorization, unless otherwise agreed in writing
We reserve the right to deny or reduce a refund where permitted by law if an item has been worn beyond a reasonable fit check, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, switched for another item, or returned without an identification tag or security seal that was attached when delivered.
Items Generally Not Eligible for Return
Unless the item arrived damaged, materially misrepresented, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect fit or size selection
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Expected signs of age or use disclosed in the listing
- Minor color differences resulting from photography, lighting, or screen settings
- Items worn, washed, altered, repaired, or customized after delivery
- Personalized or customized items
- Items specifically marked Final Sale
- Shipping delays outside our reasonable control
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email LaCanchaXchange@gmail.
We may be able to cancel and refund an order if fulfillment has not begun.
Once an order has been processed for shipment, packaged for carrier pickup, transferred to the carrier, or assigned tracking information, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled.
Shipping
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside LaCanchaXchange's control.
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days. During holidays, new drops, or periods of higher order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available.
We're working toward expanding beyond the United States. Customers interested in international shipping can join our email list to be notified when additional destinations become available.
When international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs requirements, and related terms will be communicated as part of the ordering process.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, we will provide confirmation and any necessary next steps by email.
For returns requiring the jersey to be sent back, refunds are generally issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive and inspect an approved return for us to process the refund. Your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider may require additional time for the credit to appear on your account.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error, the item was materially misrepresented, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Purchase Protection
We stand behind the accuracy of our listings.
If you receive the wrong jersey, an item that is materially different from what was described, or an item with a significant undisclosed issue, contact us within the timeframe above and we will review it fairly.
At the same time, many of the jerseys we sell are collectible, vintage, pre-owned, or one-of-one inventory. Natural variation and disclosed signs of age or previous wear are part of these pieces and are not considered defects when accurately represented in the listing.
Customer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.
Where applicable law provides a customer with additional cancellation, return, refund, warranty, or other consumer-protection rights, LaCanchaXchange will honor those rights as required by law.
